    Counselling for Adults

Significant life changes can challenge our sense of who we are and where we're headed. I work with adults across Aotearoa New Zealand, the United Kingdom and internationally who are navigating transitions such as separation, career changes, relocation, illness, bereavement or questions around identity. Counselling offers space to reflect, adapt and find a way forward that feels right for you.

    Counselling for Teenagers

Therapy for teenagers (13+) living in Aotearoa New Zealand. If you tend to overthink, feel things deeply, feel different or struggle to fit in, counselling can help you explore your emotions, experiences and identity. Perhaps you're navigating friendships, romantic relationships, family challenges, pressures around study and the future or difficult experiences from the past. Together we can make sense of what's happening, develop practical ways to cope and move forward with greater confidence

Supervision for Counsellors & Other Therapists

Clinical supervision provides a confidential space to reflect on complex work, explore challenges and gain fresh perspectives. I work with counsellors and therapists across Aotearoa New Zealand, the United Kingdom and internationally. Together, we can think through ethical dilemmas, difficult client work and professional challenges – thereby helping you to feel clearer, more confident and supported in your practice.

    Supervision for Helping Professionals

Working in education, health or social care can be rewarding, demanding and emotionally complex. Independent supervision offers a confidential space to reflect on challenging situations, explore different perspectives and consider the impact your work has on you. You set the agenda and I bring therapeutic insight and experience to support thoughtful reflection, giving you greater clarity and confidence in your role.

In Crisis?

Counselling usually takes time to set up - sometimes a few days, sometimes longer. If you or someone else is in a mental health crisis and you need immediate support or advice right now, then you can find details of some useful organisations to contact here.
